so you need a new strut top 4" lift block? i can remove the stud and reweld in another. only take maybe and hour... the other option is removing all of the studs, drilling out holes, welding in larger bolts (maybe 12mm) and drilling out the strut top mounts in the engine bay... that will be strond as f u c k. on the bright side, when i had a 2" lift in it, i had stripped one bolt, sheared another, both on one side.... took me yonks to fix it and it never gave way. Never trusted it though and didnt do any serious off road work.

I can fix it this arvo if it only needs a new bolt. drop into bunnings on the way and grab some high tensile ones. you know where i live.

Give me a call on 0415615015 sometime today. working till 12 then fitting the welded diff to subi's car. your free to come round then and use my stuff to remove strut.

ok guys, i think im going to be pulling out.

Something stuffed with the cluch last night, i cant get it into gear, and when i do(after lots o pumping of the pedal) its really hard to change through gears, like i have to use 100% of my muscle. Last night i had to start the car i gear and use the starter motor to sort of jump start the car!

Does anyone have any ideas? Big problem im going to be in rotto until about 5.30 this arvo!..

cheers guys

Should be just the clutch cable adjustment on the gearbox end I'd say.

Yeha just an adjustment i would say... by the sounds of it it was put together in a hurry and there is still a lot of things still not bolted on.

I hope u know there was no way i could make it to Tims that night to help you with the car... had stuff on... infact that night and friday night were the only 2 nights that week that i had stuff on.

CB UHF CHANNEL 16..

Will be used unless we change it when we get there... People without a CB should either borrow one or buy one. These can be found for as little as $30 at some stores.
