BBQ gets built. (TOWNSVILLE)

Post by Brumby Boy » Wed May 02, 2007 5:38 pm

Ok townsvillians i got approved for my loan extension yesterday so its time to build my ute (BBQ for those that don't know) back up past her former glory.
There is plenty to do including the obvious EJ swap, a 5sp d/r to go in along with a 5 stud/brake kit, power steering, electric windows, alarm and a few other bits and pieces.

First up though is to strip her ready for painting, right now though i'm just looking to see who is interested in helping, it won't be started untill the weekend after Ingham car show(25th-27th May), then it will be most of the weekend, Basically every weekend untill shes done, so who's interested, Matt your help would be appreciated(if you can), especially since you have fitted power windows and the L series control arms, everyones welcome when you can.

I'm just looking to see who can help and when at the moment, ill post up exactly when i'll be working on it closer to the date along with my phone number so you can msg me when/if you are coming once we start working on it,

cheers,
ian

I am without the net at the moment, so sms/call me closer to the day. I would certainly give you a hand. And i will show you a couple of my latest ute projects (DVD player, rear "L" struts, etc). And i might need your hand in regards to some Dual Port heads/cams/solid lifters i might be putting in my ute, even if it just to laugh at me...
Talk to you later

Count me in mate, i will make an appearance, although stupid work could get in the way. Dazza (little bro) said he might turn up to for a look. You going up to Ingham Car Show? Also how much do you want to pay for the alarm? I know the owner daughter at Phil Collins Car sound so i could get you a good deal....
