I must have pissed someone off....

Post by Lapsed » Sat Jul 14, 2007 10:17 pm

In response from a tread i put up several months ago showthread.php?t=5101. Once again I have been a victim of senseless thievery and damage.

This weekend I was suppose to be down south visiting family. I arrived at about 7:30 last night, and was awoken with a phone call from my security company informing me that my alarm was going off in a few zones. They sent a guard around with cops and found that some Bars*ards have got in an stole stuff. A mad dash home at 0430.

The lowlife's had attempted to steal both my cars. The capri has had a good going over. Screwdriver in the lock and such. They attempted to get in the subi but only managed to bugger the lock. They also damaged one of my rear sliding doors by attempting to pry it off the runners. So now the door and frame need replacing. managed to damage a few other windows.

They Stole only small stuff, like my g/friends jewelry a broken mobile and my favorite tool- my leatherman wave. They only reason they didn't get the capri was that it isn't running at the moment( hehehe). But the cops got some prints and i hope they get the mongrels.

luckily every thing bar the subi lock is insured. I just want to know who i have pissed off i Have something happen every few weeks. I.e. I got 2 hernias afew months ago, then the both cars broke down now this. What next I ask....

End rant

Bad luck mate - is it a 1960s/70s Capri? I'd be miffed more if my car was taken off with as well.

Heya Chris, sorry to hear that.
Toyota 105 Series LandCruiser (that nobody on here wants to really hear about).
RX Touring Wagon - fitted out for 4WDing (currently collecting dust).
RX Project - will be road only at this stage (and currently taking way to long to finish).

I keep hoping that mate, But it hasn't happened yet. I must have broken a mirror over a black cat while walking under a ladder.
