Ignore the dent, it looks worse than it is and would be the spare.
All alloy wheels with the 4 X 140 stud pattern are rare these days , I saw the exact same wheel on an American Subaru website. They will need about 5mm drilled out just in from each stud hole on the reverse side to make room for the small raised sections on my hubs (RX brakes all round) but apart from that they just need tyres. Looks like a go-er I reckon.
