Sounds interesting, there are times on the above link and are for each state.

I also read if theres enough dust in the atmosphere the moon should appear blood red.

Cool, plan on taking some photos, might have to try the old digital camera in the cheap telescope trick, worked in the past.

I was planning on doing some pics of it from here too. Clouds put an end to that. We got to see it a bit every now and then but it was always partially covered in cloud. Interesting enough though.

Here's a thought for you. Apparently fish can't see colour but fishing is good on a full moon. So how do they behave tonight? Can they see it or not?

Hey Brett, I'd doubt they'd see it as red as the sea absorbs most red light within a few metres... Pity about the clouds, it looked pretty cool...

It was way to overcast in Perth to see anything so thanks for the pictures… actually they look better then the TV footage.

Too much cloud in melbourne aswell, i think every last astronomical event I tried to see for the last 5 years has been ruined by bad weather.

I might buy a microscope now.

Here's my attempt. We had a perfectly clear night, but I was only 20k out from the Sydney lights.
