How much did she cost and how did that compare to other cars of the era (If you don't mind answering). Ie nowadays Subaru's are not the cheapest cars on the market nor are they to fix, yet they are great quality and will last if they're looked after. I would assume it would have been similar 20+ years ago!

From memory it cost about $6,200-, had about 29,000 k's, don't know about other cars of the era, but I think a car in 1983 for $6200- would be dear, I got $4K for it as a trade on the L series which cost me around $9K new.Smokey wrote:Top stuff mate thanks for sharing, nice to see cars that we'd had rather than have right now too!
