Our Forester and Imprezza

Post by bass_ke » Sun Oct 28, 2007 8:31 am

Hey there guys!

New time member here so I thought I'd best make some introductions! I"ve been a long time member around some of the other Subi Forums like GTRydaz.com but it's only just now that I've started to venture a bit more into some older Subi's for conversion and I stumbled upon this forum

We currently own a 2000 Forester GT Luxury and a 2004 Imprezza GX, once you've been bitten by the Subi bug you never go back, I'm currently trying to convince my mother in-law to trade in her Mazda 6 for a Liberty, it's nearly working!

Now i'll give you a rundown of the cars we currently own

Forester - Currently for sale as I'm wanting to get into a Liberty GT or Forester XT or if room suddenly presents itself to me a Brumby STi project :D

Mods -

TD04
CAI
3 Inch Cat Back Exhaust
Turbosmart Boost Control set to 12PSI
Autometer Boost Gauge
Intercooler Air Splitter
20 Inch Chrome (Now sitting in the garage)
Racing Logic Coilovers (Now Sold)

Some pics of the forry as i purchased her

And now the Imprezza

It's pretty much bone stock, we are thinking of chucking on a subtle set of 17's or 18's and lowering it but that's about it

Sorry for the Pic's overkill guys, but as they say a picture tell's a 1000 words :D

Anyway, i hope to see some of you out and about on meet's and the like, and if the Brumby project starts then i will be around here sourcing all the help i can get!

Hehehe, just a very proud suby owner :D

After i got rid of the coilovers i almost got a lift kit for her, from one extreme to another!

Hopefully the next project if it turns out to be a brumby will have lift and nice big muddy's!

Bumpty- I also just realised that you're from NW Tassy, i grew up on the North West Coast, Good stuff!
