I think "kinda" really needs italics or something haha, i don't think they sound to much like rage haha but

Look out for James Keenan Maynard new album from one of his many side bands, i think the band is called Pussy Furr...? It sounds alot like A.P.C experimental stuff.

Just got Pendulum. Soooo Phat.
Just got Kings of Leon. Fantastic dirty sound. Well worth a listen.
Also got a copy of the Album from the Boost Juice ad. Cool.
Trying to find a torrent for Infusion. One of, if not the, best gig I've ever been to. Tunes were good too.

Yeah, they are different to 'Rage' but it was more just a reference for the un-initiated;)

What songs/albums do you recommend of Infusion?

Out of the couple i have i really like Better World and Natural coming second

and when you say you just got Pendulum do you mean the new album, hows is it, how many tracks, is the overall album good quality or only the first three, for example <if you meant the new album haha.

Infusion album I have is a JJJ Live at the Wireless set. I'm trying to track down any infusion torrents at the mo'

Pendulum is one I got off Torrentspy. One of the sets is a simmilar beast to JJJ but for BBC instead.

On a (totaly) different note, I got Jose Gonzales and Rodriguez (sang 'Candyman') who is a 60's folk singer. Acid trip type tunes. Peace out man!

The Boost Juice tune is from Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings.

Yeah they're from Perth, but they're based in London now.

I'm quite surprised to see the high quality of music that people are listening to out there. JJJ's the best!

I agree with most of the aformentioned musical opinions... I could totally see you bopping along to Pendulum in your string vest Alex.

haha... is that sarcasm? ;)

I liked JJJ because like ABC television it doesn't have adds, but i really think the music on the Js has turned more CFM like (top 40), Its cool they play new/aus music but i hate how they play the singles!!! and nothing else.

So when i got an Itrip (FM transmitter) for my Ipod, its all i listen to when radio is the only option.

Certainly not sarcasm mate... I figure if I pay for it already (through my taxes) then why listen to anything else.

That and they do play a great selection of new music and they tend to not let songs play on high rotation for more than a few weeks, meaning if there's a song I hear that I don't like its not going to drive me insane.

I reckon the J's have lost the plot a bit, or maybe I'm getting old!

Perth has a couple of good alternatives, eg, 92.1 and beats fm.

Getting into Radio National a bit (too much) as well.

Where did I leave my slippers.

I've been listening to a lot of The Orb lately.

Kinda atmospheric doof. I would imagine it would be good music to trip on. The albums are all one long track with many 'movements'. Excellent stuff to have on in the background while at work.

I'll give 6PR a razz too. Always like to know whats on the punters minds.

So the 3% of J listeners are all Suby drivers...Must be our appreciation for quality over fashion/popular culture!!!

and on top of that another 70% of listeners are tractor drivers who only have the option of radio. (every radio station has 70% listeners as tractor drivers)

And some recommendations for anyone liking their ol' rock with power driven semi distorted guitars over heavy drums with the amazing clean vocals of John garcia, check Hermano out. Their roots consist of Grunge/Stoner Rock.

I just downloaded two albums from:

Hermano
...Into the Exam Room - 07
Dare I say... - 04
