How much power are you making with this engine?
I've NEVER heard of a crankshaft bending by that much. Maybe twisted by 60thou.
That's 1.5mm. The engine should have self destructed at that point.

I'd be concerned for the block as well.
Sounds like you'll be up for a block, crank, rods (Eagle H beams or similar).
Closed deck block?

it is an ej20 closed deck block

already got the cossy pistons and rods, latest news is that the block is fine...just needs a slight grind on one of the crank seats where the bent rod was chewing at

So you've found the factory rods are the weakest link, going to all aftermarket hi-po parts now?
Forged pistons, gapless rings? H-beam rods? Head gaskets? O-ringed block?

i have cossy pistons and rods..HAHAHAHA cossie are THE most expensive brand that i know of for making rex gear......put it this way...a cosworth block...just the block is well over 10 grand......
cosworth heads are alone..worth wel over 6 grand....
pistons and rods are usually 2450 but i got them at a cheap price accidently....

i think the gear im getting is good enough :P
as for head gaskets...2 x custom made copper head gaskets....@ $ 390 each

I am sure you guys have re-built engines before and know more than me as I have only done three? ....anyhow I will add my two bobs worth....did you bother priming the oil pump and once in the engine bay are you going to pull out the plugs, disable fuel and turn it over till the oil pressure is up?

My brother's rangerover didn't pick up the oil when first starting up after a re-build, ran for 30 seconds and seized! Managed to turn it over again with both the starter and brute force on the crank handle (subarus don't have those)...It still ran however am sure the bearings were never the same!
