I cant believe that we have 22 cars already , I am going to have to get up to the destination at about 7am so as to set up and then hight tail it back to perth {south perth that is }, man that means I will have to be up at 5am :(, maybe I should just wait out there for you guys ,so no-one nicks any of my gear :), will have to chain the trailor to a tree maybe.

I was actually thinking about making the trip a bit longer for you guys , not a lot just would give you a bit more time on the road to have a play, and Dave you will have to lead at some stage as I will be on the side of the road at a few sections with the video camera, please no-one run me over , you can get close just keep your car of my body i have enough problems with it now :(.

By Jaffa do you mean me? If yes then why? Are you wanting to delegate me some official job?

I am yet to confirm due to a number of issues… Subarino I know that your aware of most of these issues. Just typed a draft and not sure how you post it without it being misinterpreted and/or creating more sh_t …

What I will say is that I would like to think that Mike would have worked in a small margin for error with regards to attendance and we’ll probably be on the yes we’ll show up side of this error. Answer your question?

Basically the ambivalence is that I would hate to say yes and then not show up. I think that its better to be aware of the activities and if we can make it we’ll see you there, this way we do not put others out.

Typed a draft! Bejesus!
I think Jaffa needs his own section to post in...but BYB101 may need to allocate more webspace to host it =)

Mike how bout just put him down as a maybe, I'm sure a magin of error of one or two cars is acceptable for a trip of this size...

The number of cars wasn't the big factor. The thing is.. Mike is using his own money to buy the food... he needs to know the numbers so he can get the right amount of food. And when people get there Mike should be able to re-emberse his costs via the payment per person. Im not so sure that calculating in 2 extra adults and a child is a slight margin for error.

However... i will pay extra to Mike if need be to increase this margin for error so you and your family can eat if you decide to come at the last minute Jaffa.

I know you got stuff to work through but i was just enquireing as i thought some of it was coming to a close and u might have more of an idea.

And Yes when i say Jaffa i mean u... if ya have a beaf with it then let me know and i will call u something else. But im having troubles using your newly aquired nick name.

On another note... yeah might need to make that call Mike... see if we can get another 5 or so cars in there... maybe they will still have that gate closed at the end (like when we checked it out) You can ask them if we can just all block up in there behind each other.

Guys and gals, this is not a money raising venture , the $6 will cover it so don't think any more about it.And cooking a bbq for 40 is nothing compared to what I used to do for a living , i'm on a diet Dave so youl be right mate :) there will be plenty of food
Your right about that gated section daveee , will speak to them on monday about it.
keep it happy guys :)
