Here is a map of the meet place. I belive we can all wedge in here rather easily. I droped in there this morning at about 9am and it was completely empty.

http://members.iinet.net.au/~carladb/meet%20map.JPG

For people coming from the South up Kwinana freeway simply take Mill Point Rd exit then turn right... you can't miss it.

For People coming from the North down Kwinana freeway take the Mill Point road exit and turn left at the first set of traffic lights... you can't miss it.

For people coming from the East along Mill Point Rd follow Mill Point Rd and hang a right at the lights before you hit the freeway. You can miss it... but hopefully you wont.

I have made it a link to the map simply so it can be viewed very large and printed out if people wish.

The closest servo is the BP that is also on Mill Point Rd. This is also shown on the map.

Mike can you please past this map link into your original post.
