Post by BrennyV » Tue Dec 18, 2007 11:45 am

This is what happens when bogans get too ****y! (driver of the blue vr sedan) This bloke has nearly hit me before and other workers in the complex. Speeds every day in the CAR PARK! Note the 10kph on the road right where he crashed!
Note the Ripcurl ute and Mint EH Holden!!!

We've got a few "Hero's" like that around here. At one point the cops were in the car park fining people for speeding. I reckon there were a few soccer mums that lost their license over the matter. 20km/h set limit - its easy to do 40km/h without noticing even on a busy day!

I really feel for the victims of this event, they really seem to have a passion for their cars looking at the models and condition they would have been in before the stack.

hahaha - The thread title made me chuckle.
But bloody hell, how quick would someone have to go to cause that much damage!

It would of been interesting to see the EH, if the VR driver had hit that head on rather then the that ford ute. I'm talking crumple zones ;)

I feel for the owner of the EH.

Only just an hour ago I heard high speed roar flat tit ala V8 , then someone going bush with a spray of gravel sound then more ROAR and no traction. I was in the shed or rather in the GLTA's boot when I heard so took a look see drive out along nice dark straight bit of highway with a few dips. The result looked better than the Commodore in your shot. An old guy told me the driver had gone passed him at about 180 clicks and lost it went sideways into the gravel embankment then into the wire rope guard rail spraying gravel and car parts (including his front wheels ! ) all over the other side of the highway for a hundred metres or so. Driver of the old XR8 ute with SA plates? got out and wanted to fight all the caring people who stopped to help - then hoofed it off up the road and disappeared into the cemetery. He will get there one day in good time - in a box, full of hope he don't take anyone with him !!

Interesting, I know in NSW that because *most* carparks are private property then some road-rules didn't used to apply, so you couldn't get fined for speeding, you didn't have to give way to pedestrians on crossings and your car needn't be roadworthy etc. This has changed slightly over the last few years with the additional definition of "road-related areas" in some of the offences.

Don't know how Christmas shoppers treat yas in your towns, but jeeze i'd like to fubar a few here in Wynnum at the mo'. so far in three visits to the shops i'v had one "metrosexual" scrape the drivers door with his liddle nissan and bolt, an "educated " woman crease the passengers door with her civic and refuse to answer for it," it's an old car anyway"... but one 86(yep that's right!)year old bloke accidentally bumped into me and offered to pay for all..grrrrrrrr.
