Its good to be in WA, the nullabour wasn't what i was expecting but still a good drive.

People in Perth are good at cutting off other people (like me) - happened about 5 times today... I hadn't been cut off once this year til now. Must be the vic plates

We thundered over, it was the idea, get here then take it slow (like the beach boys...). We would have been here earlier, about a day earlier or half at least but the car broke down (home mod that didn't last long enough) about 2 hrs from ceduna, 40km from the nearest town and no mobile reception. It took 14 hrs to fix including sleep time (started mid night vic time). We were hoping to be in ceduna that night - 1400km in one day. Went via mildura/renmark/sea brook/Pt Augusta.
Second night saw us drive over the border into WA and continue into the night (with warning about wildlife) - weaving through the road kill at one point before pulling over 60km out of the next town (the target for the day). The third day we arrived in perth at about 8pm local time...
We love our road trippin and have a few methods sorted. We know what we want to check out on the way home and will be stopping off for a good look.

Well, i'll catch (meet) you all tomorrow. I gotta be up with the early bird as i've decided to wash the nullabour off ruby scoo and try to remove the sand pit from within her panels...

i spotted OVER 25 SUBARU"S at our BBQ today...was an awesome turnout...what a SHAME to the people who decided NOT TO COME caus it was one great day out for the guys

saw a lowered red brumby at the midland pits this arvo, closer inspection revealed wrx engine. Meat little ute. didna pass tho. Told the bloke about this site, but he was the father of the owner, i think... And sorry that i didn't go to the bbq, next yrs a definite tho. Looked like fun.

spotted this up my way today...at around 1:58 to if ne1 can read my dash

also had the number plates of "GT STI".

was corner of Ocean Reef road and some other one...which is right up near the eastern end of Ocean reef.

I saw a white L series with an AUSubaru sticker on the side, at around 14:30ish on Gnangara road, he was heading west towards the roundabout at that new industrial park bit.

Not sure who it was, but it was a nice car, and had a good chunky roof rack box on top.
