14Inch Tyres

Post by rubisubi » Sat Dec 15, 2007 8:32 pm

Ok so i updated the 13's on my brumby to 14's, thing is i want to get some chunky mud tyres without having to go to 27's and not rub against the guards, every tyre place i go to says there arent any and im better off sticking with road tyres. Kinda defeats the purpose for off road stuff. So if anyone knows of any brand that has something suitable i would be extremly grateful.

Hey go the maxxis but not the 185r14 go up one size to the 195r14 they are little bit bigger to give extra clearance. The ones I have are called 753. heres the maxxis site link. I have these for almost 12 months and they are the best I have thrown everything thing at them and they just love it. Also one good point is they don't wear. http://www.maxxis.com/products/automoti ... sp?id=5475

they do make them in 185R14...which is a 25.5in tall tyre. You SHOULD be able to make them fit, with maybe abit of guard trimming.

Ok so im kinda off the idea of modifying my guards to fit the 27's, currently running 195/65/14. Does anyone know of a tyre in that size which has the raised white lettering?
