Roof mounted spotlights

ive just made a roof rack for my l series and am going to mount some spot lights on them. has any one done this and where did you route the wire. thanks,

i had some on my old L

i ran 1 wire up one side of the window shroud and one down the other side...easy to find and had ample sized cable for the power

i only just mounted some very small spotlights on my roof racks, I ran the wire along the roof (interior) and out the hatch back bit.... yeh
