EOI FOR a 3 day trip down south - in a month or 2

Post by D3V1L » Tue Mar 25, 2008 9:07 pm

G'day fellas

i want to know who would be up for a major trip down south for 3 or more days. camping... lots of kms and driving....and lots of new destinations.

interest only please

the area in question would be south of dunsborough maybe all the way past albany. theres lots of national parks and tracks and the like down that way and ive found some info in one of my books and some relevent info on the net

reason im putting this up so early is so ppl can put it in their diaries

trip locations and dates etc have yet to be decided but i would like to know who would be interrested in suck a campin/fishing/driving trip

cheers
dave

i would be but only available for that long 2 weekends after the 10th of may, so thats pretty much 2 months away before i have that much time up my sleeve. dont bother me if i miss out so dont take this into too much consideration when making a date

Interested, however unlikely to be able to make 3 days due to work. I'll see what's on at work when the date gets closer.
Toyota 105 Series LandCruiser (that nobody on here wants to really hear about).
RX Touring Wagon - fitted out for 4WDing (currently collecting dust).
RX Project - will be road only at this stage (and currently taking way to long to finish).

Definately interested, but it depends on when the trip is. I could be working, I might not be.

Fix a couple of things is putting it mildly now ;)

Anything after the 9th of May and before the 4th of June is good for me! Have we got any further with a date? and would it be better to leave on Friday Arvo (maybe just after lunch) and this way people may be able to get half a day off work? Just a thought :)

How hard-core would this be? My days off start on the 9th of may and go 'till the 14th, so I might be able to go if the missus is willing. ... Unless that's the weekend of my brothers' 21st, damnit.

If I can, I'm definitely willing to go. I haven't been down that way for years!

Actually: scratch me off the list, That weekend is both my brother's 21st party, and the sunday is Mothers Day - the first one to be precise, so I shouldn't wander off down south should I? :p
