1989 mpfi miss when taking off

just seeing if anybody had same problem when accelerator depressed it seems to have a miss i have changed leads plugs it all started when i filled up with fuel in rockhampton so i drained the fuel and have since run atleast six tanks of fuel with injector cleaner and still have the same problem anything else to check would be much appreciated

Missing can be caused by a few things.

Ignition
Fuel
Compression
Problems.
I normally check in that order

check the fuel filter...although that problem will be there all the time if it is.
