Anywhere between 12 to 16 mm.
If your careful you can make one yourself its not that hard to do.
You can make templates from each of the matching surfaces then cut it out of a 12 mm thick plate of alloy using a jig saw.
Then you drill and tap the holes according to what you need.
You also have to realign the holes on the flywheel to match.
If you talk to Subarino or Suba they can tell you more.
Steve from Sunspares sells a good kit for this i thinks its about $450 including a mod flywheel.
Check out his link in the for sale sections.

Make sure you get the correct blades for your jigsaw and some cutting compound to stop the blades from gumming up.
