na dude. my car is a bit lame at the moment. she has a sore wheel bearing that requires fixing and the hub is good and siezed on so long trips are out of the question until i get the dough to get a mechanic to do it for me.Goon wrote:Went past yesterday and looks like someone beat us to it...oh well...Hey Fleaborg, you thinking of going to Bribie at all? Sorry to hear that mate, i'll be looking into replacing mine soon, so if i find someone locally that can do a fair job maybe we could get a discount? Will keep you posted if that happens. ATM my rear brakes and drums, and the soot pipe are to be fixed by Midas when they re-open. Already have new shoes but alas they are for a 2wheel drive model, so back to Scorpian they go when they re-open. Well have a safe New Years anyways & i will let you know if i find a good mechanic. Cheers Mate!
down the esplanade this morning near the fish markets, passed a white l series wagon whose tailgate was covered with stickers. gave each other a bit of a wave. anyone here?

Last weekend, saw a blue MY wagon lifted pretty high in someone's driveway in geebung. (as i was limping home with no clutch cable.
)
Seen this car before around chermside, looks awesome.
Friday there was a red brumby at the subaru shop at brendale, lifted with scorpion rims, again looks really nicely done.
