Camping and Mt Skene pics

Post by esray71 » Sun May 04, 2008 7:19 pm

Went camping last weekend along the river about 30 km's south of Jamieson (Goulburn River I think)? 1st night, then camped near Seaton the 2nd night. Went through Matlock, Woodspoint, Jamieson, Mt Skene, Licola, Heyfield, Seaton, then up to Mt Skene ....SNOW !!!....and Jamieson again..... I had no heater and wasn't expecting to see any snow this trip but that was a bonus, roads were very very slippery under my road tyres! It was a very slow trip through the winding mountain roads but had lots of food, beer, CD's and good company(girlfriend) ;). I'll try to post a link to the pics if anyone interested in seeing the camp and snow and stuff!

I didn't drop in at the pub this trip, had all my supplies in the back of the wagon, maybe next time!

Ah, wish I had a better computer - I need the new flash player to see anything  Our computer isn't good enough to be downloading new programs.

Bugger (for me) - but your trip feedback sounds good :D
