series1 wagon lift...ideas

just playing with ideas...whats the options for lifting a series 1 lib wagon with tappered rear struts...dont care about work involved...what you guys done and how...any options for outback struts to go in?

Bill,
My Gen 1 Series 1 sedan had the taper struts, Forester straight springs went in easy.
Just a little massaging inside the tower and change the top hats to Impreza ones.
The Outback struts are the same size as the Forester ones, just heavier springs to suit the heavier vehical.
I only used Forester because i had them here for another car.
